My first automated account.
During the TikTok ban in early 2025 (which lasted 14 hours), I came up with the idea of making an Instagram account that only posted iconic TikToks over the past 6 years. That account got banned immediately… but then TikTok came back! So, I moved the account over to TikTok in February. I created a folder of over 500 popular TikToks to post to my account. I then used a scheduling platform called Plann to schedule out posts every day for the rest of the year so I never have to touch it. This was my first time creating an automated account and I am finding it to be successful so far.

This spam account is still a work in progress. I’ve been trying to let it grow naturally instead of boosting any posts just to get to learn the algorithm more and understand the best times to post for when I take on other social accounts in the future.
